Stock and Lead Times

For most items, “In stock” means we have the fabric on hand and will manufacture your goods immediately. Because the majority of products are made to order, dispatch takes 2–28 working days from the moment the order is confirmed, unless a different delivery date was specified. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence in which they are received.

 

Delivery Methods:

In-store pickup – Once the item is made, it will be shipped to the Atelier store chosen by the customer. The customer will be informed of the delivery by an automatically generated email.

GLS – After production, the goods are handed over to our contractual carrier GLS. Upon dispatch, the customer will receive an automatically generated email.

 

Payment Options:

Pay in store – For in-store pickup at Atelier Donát boutiques, you can pay upon collection—either in cash or by card.

Bank transfer – You can pay in advance by bank transfer. A confirmation email with the necessary bank details will be sent upon order confirmation. Processing begins once the payment reaches our account (depending on your bank, this may take 2–4 days).

Cash on delivery – When shipped to your address, you pay the courier upon receipt—cash or card accepted.

 

Postage:

Shipping costs are charged only for the main shipment, even if your order is delivered in partial consignments, and only when you choose GLS delivery. Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control.
